Yes, we’ll certainly answer any simple questions you have. The reports are designed to be fairly self-explanatory and are written in plain English. If you require more help just let us know. We’ll work out something that’s fair for both of us.

No. Depending on the complexity of your quotes and how many, we’ll work out an upgrade for you that’s fair for both of us. The minimum charge is $150.

We’re here to help. We don’t want to leave anyone stuck with how to proceed. The 1 hour is a guide, we don’t hang up as soon as the clock ticks over. It’s very rare that after reading the report and up to an hour on the phone with us that you would still have questions. That being said, if there’s a lot of discussion still required and further review/assistance required, then, we will work out a custom service agreement with you that’s fair for both of us. The minimum charge is $150.

No. We are paid only by our clients, we work only for you. We have no referral or commission or any other financial arrangement with any builder anywhere. We are 100% independent.

We will provide you a detailed report, around 35 pages long with summaries of key area’s of your quote’s inclusions.  This will have the key information needed for you to make an informed choice on your builder.  If you’re still not sure give us a call on 1300 515 679 and we’ll answer any questions you may have.

If you’ve built many times before or are in the industry, maybe you don’t, we think we can help anyone but if that’s you, maybe we don’t add enough value for you.

If you’re a first or second home builder and you’re about to commit to a contract to build a home for $250,000 or more, doesn’t it make sense to spend less than 0.5% of that amount to have someone look over the quote and contract and provide some information that will make you a better informed purchaser and could save you money down the track?

Jason Schneider-Fuller is the Director and Officer in Charge of Everything. He has worked in property for around 20 years now and spent a significant part of his early career in sales with a number of builders, before being involved in large scale project marketing (land, “house and land” and “off the plan properties”) with one of Australia’s largest private real estate companies totalling transactions in excess of $120 Million. On top of that Jason has personally built or developed over $5 Million in real estate.

No.  We’re not here to comment on the quality of the work done by the builders you’re considering, that’s something you’ll have to assess for yourself.  It is impossible for us to know useful, accurate information about all the building companies in Australia.
